Deep Sea Day Fishing
With Mills Charters, you are booking a fishing experience of a lifetime. Charters leave Hillarys Boat Harbour daily at 7:00 am (check-in time 6.30am) and return at 3:30 pm. Crew will dish out the fish, and present the awards and trophies for the biggest and best fish of the day! If you don’t believe us, pop down to the Jetty at 3.30pm just outside our office at Hillarys, and see the amazing catch, amidst our happy fisher people!
Mills Charters have been fishing the local Perth waters for 23 years, and have over 3,000 secret spots – fishing is predominately what this business is all about. Our experienced and dedicated crew know exactly where the fish are biting. Whether you are a novice, or quite the expert, our crew will share a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise with you. Hillarys Boat Harbour is our home base, but we can arrange to operate from Fremantle or Mindarie on request for whole boat charters.
The fish we target are :- Dhufish, Pink Snapper, Baldchin Groper, Queen Snapper, Mulloway, Silver Trevally ( Skippy), Breaksea Cod (black arse), Red Snapper, Samson Fish, Mahi Mahi (dolphin fish) and many other bottom feeding and pelagic species.
Our fishing equipment for deepsea bottom fishing is Australian made Alvey reels and Penn rods. We have experimented over the decades and have found this combination to be the best for user friendliness and durability. We also provide nothing less than the very freshest bait, including squid, mullies, herring, and octopus (when available).
The day is fully inclusive of the following:-
- Hot drinks on check in
- All fishing equipment and bait
- Breakfast, fresh salad rolls for lunch, snacks, all soft drinks and bottled water.
- Prizes and trophies for biggest and best fish of the day.
- Photo of you and your biggest catch sent to you via email.
